Global performance management
We worked across the business, leading a global roll out of a new performance management process for the top 600 leaders of an engineering company. In any one training there could be 6 different companies, 5 different languages and various levels of seniority represented. The challenge was to engage everyone and enable people to share their learning and experience. Facilitation was rated good or very good in 100% of the cases. Resulting in a very big ‘tick’ for the organisation and us.
