Each of our team of highly skilled and experienced HR consultants has worked with the Hay Group. The Hay Group is a leading firm of international management consultants with expertise in job evaluation, competency modelling and helping businesses deliver their strategy through people. Our training with the Hay Group is second to none and even though we may have left Hay, we still apply that expertise and experience of working with FTSE 100 companies, when working with our clients today.

However, as we work from home based offices, we have minimal costs and overheads. We will not pass on expensive head office operating costs to you.

In addition, our team is committed to updating, developing and expanding our skill set which we do on our own time and at our expense - again a cost which is not passed to you. This means you get up to the minute consulting expertise at freelance rates.
